I offer sessions which include Attunement, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. Having studied other healing modalities, I may suggest some forms of breathing/movement, flower essences, homeopathics, essential oils, and/or nutritional therapies. I am available to consult with you on natural healing techniques and options, healing strategies, and stress management strategies.

I do not diagnose or prescribe. I work from a place of deep stillness to bring balance, to renew and deepen connection with the Creator, and to increase the quality of the life force that flows through you. What I promise you as a client is confidentiality, commitment, integrity, and that I will always have your best interest as my priority. I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides.
